Victory Drones is a large-scale Ukrainian volunteer project and public organization focused on the technological militarization of society through specialized defense training. Implemented by the Dignitas charitable foundation and the Aerial Reconnaissance Support Center, the project provides UAV operator training for military and civilian personnel while supporting domestic defense-tech manufacturers. It has trained over 150,000 military personnel and fostered a community of more than 20,000 participants to advocate for systemic change in the defense sector.
