Established in 1990, SE SFTF PROGRESS is the first Ukrainian state-owned company officially authorized to export and import military goods and services. It is part of the Ukroboronprom State Concern and acts as a major integrator for Ukrainian defense solutions internationally. Its activities cover armored vehicles, aviation, naval, radars, weapons and ammunition, as well as the repair and modernization of military equipment.
