PEKKLA is a Lithuanian defense technology company founded in 2022 that specializes in the design and manufacture of unmanned aerial and ground vehicles, alongside tactical training programs. The firm integrates Ukrainian combat experience with NATO standards to produce systems such as fiber-optic and RF mesh kamikaze drones. Recently, PEKKLA formed a joint venture with Ukrainian firm December1 to manufacture Damba electronic warfare systems in Lithuania.
