Eppo is a Ukrainian defense technology initiative developed by the Technari group that provides a combat-proven, crowdsourced air defense solution via its mobile application, ePPO Sposterigach. The platform utilizes a decentralized sensor network of vetted civilians to report low-altitude aerial threats, such as cruise missiles and drones, directly to Ukraine's Air Command South. Integrated with the Diia state portal for authentication, the system has surpassed 400,000 downloads and contributed to the successful interception of multiple aerial targets.
